Overview

Perfectly round rings in 304 grade (for strength) stainless steel. Watch out for inferior types with poor welds. Ours are argon-arc welded. Under load, when ring starts to go out-of round, it has exceeded its Safe Working Load (SWL). It will not catastrophically break, however, as SWL is only 25% (approx.) of ultimate breaking load.
