RTM have produced this book ourselves from the effort of Master Chef Gary Johnston.

It is keenly priced and keeps the number of ingredients low and not exotic. It is also designed to use the minimum amount of utensils (pots, pans, special equipment) and little bench space. Also, NO OVEN and one burner.

 The book is compact, measuring:
