Overview

These plates work very well, require minimum maintenance and provide smooth efficient braking when operated by a vehicle mounted controller, which also provides the option for an operator to apply the trailer brakes independent of the tow vehicle braking system. For extreme rough road use we recommend the RTA515/520 off-road units. These units will fit our drum hubs RTA410/RTA420. Brake magnets and shoes are required to complete the picture.
