What is the Cruisin' Club and why would it interest me?
Road Tech Marine's Cruisin' Club is a loyalty programme which offers membership to frequent loyal customers. Membership gives access to tailored benefits and more engaging customer service levels.

Price Promise: Purchase an item at full price, if the item goes on special in the national promotional printed catalogue (8-12 pages) within 14 days of purchase you will receive a voucher to the value of the price difference.
Hassle Free Returns: Access your purchase history; receive a 28-day satisfaction guarantee. Items purchased online can be returned to stores

Is it free to join?
Yes, it is free to join the RTM Cruisin' Club. You can click here to sign up online. Or you can sign up in store, find your closest store.
How do I become a member of the club?
Congratulations on deciding to join our club! You can sign up in any of our RTM stores straight away, click to find a store. You can also sign up online.
Can I sign up where I live?
The RTM Cruisin' Club is available to customers with a residential address in Australia.
I don't have an email address. Can I still join?
Without an email address we are unable to offer the Cruisin' Club benefits to you so for that reason we don't offer membership without an email address.
How do I associate my membership to my purchases?
To receive Cruisin' Club benefits including current offers, please quote your contact details so the staff member can search for your account. Or log in to your online account prior to completing a purchase. For online purchases a member cannot receive benefits if the purchase is completed under a guest account.
Why am I not receiving email communications from RTM?
We will send emails out from time to time with vouchers, special offers etc. If you are not receiving them, please check your email spam filter and settings. We may have received notice to unsubscribe you from emails, if so please contact us to re-instate your permission to contact you.
I have changed my email address, where can I update my details?
Please contact us so we can update your details for you. Future emails from us will be sent to your updated email address.
How can I unsubscribe from the email communications but keep my membership?
You can click the unsubscribe link on the bottom of any emails sent from us which will stop future email communications from being sent to you. It is however not recommended to do this as you will no longer receive price promise vouchers and information regarding special offers, upcoming events etc.
Can I share my membership with my family/friends?
The membership will be set up in the individual's name provided upon joining so it cannot be shared with other family members or friends. However, membership is free so your family and friends can sign up too to gain access to the same benefits. You can click here to sign up online.
I can't log in to my Cruisin' Club account on the website, what do I do?
Enabling cookies in your browser settings should solve this. For instructions to enable your cookies, please see your browser Help documentation.
Check your email address is correct and still active.
If you are having problems with your password, please click here, enter your email address and a link to change your password will be emailed to you. For security purposes the password reset email will expire within 30 minutes. Please update your password within 30 minutes of requesting the password update.
Will my membership expire at some point?
No, your membership to the Cruisin' Club will not expire however Road Tech Marine (RTM) reserves the right, without notice, to make changes and cancel any RTM Cruisin' Club account.
What is a voucher?
This is a digitally printed piece of paper, in the form of an email, that entitles the specified member holder to a value shown in the email that can be spent in a RTM store or online via the Redeem Voucher field on checkout. This forms part of the Cruisin' Club Price Promise benefit. The Price Promise benefit means that if you purchase an item at full price and it goes on promotion within 14 days of purchase then you will receive a voucher to the value of the price difference.
How will I know when I have received a voucher?
You will receive a personalised email from us (RTM), with your name shown in the email, detailing what purchases you made in the last 14 days that qualify for the voucher. It will show the price you paid and the price it is now on special for. The difference in the two prices will be the value of the voucher. All items that qualify will be shown in the one consolidated email and voucher.
For example, you purchase a flare kit for $64.95 and 8 days later the printed catalogue starts where the same flare kit is on special for $54.95. As a member you will receive a voucher soon after the printed catalogue starts for $10. If you also purchased a torch for $14.95 and it went on sale in the printed catalogue for $9.95 then you would receive a voucher for $15 ($10 from the flare kit sale and $5 from the torch sale).
When is the voucher sent out?
The email containing the voucher is sent out within 3-5 working days after a new national promotional printed catalogue starts. The national promotional printed catalogue sale dates start at different times throughout the year so it is best to keep an eye on your emails and check they are not getting stuck in your spam filter.
How is the voucher sent to me?
The voucher will be sent to you via email notification with the voucher included within the email.
Where can I spend the voucher?
The voucher can be spent in store at any of our RTM store locations or online via the Redeem Voucher field on checkout.
What can I purchase with my voucher?
You can purchase any items you like from a RTM store excluding gift cards/vouchers. Treat the voucher like cash, you can purchase something to the value of the voucher and pay no more or purchase something more expensive and pay the remainder from your pocket.
When does the voucher expire?
The voucher is active as soon as you receive the email from us and is valid for 28 days from the date listed on your email. The voucher will expire if not used within 28 days.
Can I exchange my voucher for cash?
No, it cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher can be spent in a RTM store or online for items only.
Do I need to print the voucher in order to use it in store?
Yes, you will need to provide proof of receiving the voucher in order to use it at the register. Please print the voucher out prior to visiting the store.
What happens if I return an item I purchased with my voucher?
If you return the item due to it being faulty, you will be offered a replacement. If you return the item due to a change of mind you will be offered an exchange to the value of the item purchased.

How do I cancel my membership if I no longer want to be a part of the Cruisin' Club?
Firstly, can we encourage you to stay? Please let us know what the problem is, we'd love to try and fix it for you rather than say goodbye. Please contact us so we can help.
