Loom tube is a semi-rigid plastic ideal for keeping multiple wires or tubes contained, allowing simple clamping / bundling. Other solutions such as using loads of electrical tape may work, but adding or removing a cable from loom tube is far simpler. It also doesn’t bind your cables together, so is less likely to cause stress on the cables.
